You'll need to evaluate the requirements, complete company set-up, and build automation to meet the requirements. The scenario has requirements that are dependent on one another to complete the requirements. Scenario Fabrikam Refrigeration sells commercial refrigeration appliances directly to their customers. Some customers install their own devices, some have Contoso install them. Fabrikam maintains and services the appliances as needed for their customers. They're implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central and need some basic setup completed and some automation added. The basic setup information has been provided for you, if you would prefer you can provide your own data. Don’t forget to test your work, specifically test the user permissions and actions in the automation requirements.
