Contoso Health Services is a commercial healthcare company that specializes in providing home healthcare equipment and hospice services for clients. In addition to installing home monitoring and support equipment, they also provide maintenance on existing systems. They employ 30 technicians who perform the installation and maintenance services. A central dispatcher/schedular oversees scheduling service technicians to provide services.
