The request page of a report allows you to define the options a user has available when running a report. You can remove data items, add default fields, and add a custom options group in the request page. Designing a good request page will make the report more user-friendly.

A request page always displays the following buttons:

  • Send to

  • Print

  • Preview

  • Cancel

You can add more options on the request page to allow an end user to filter the data displayed.
