Data from Dynamics 365 Customer Voice is stored in Microsoft Dataverse, which makes connecting to the database and working with the different tables straightforward processes.

Level of access
Pricing information for Power BI can be found in the pricing guide. An organization's needs will differ based on collaboration needs and the levels of consumption. However, if reports are to be shared between users or items that are downloaded from Microsoft AppSource, Power BI Pro is needed at a minimum.
For creating custom content, Power BI Desktop is required. Downloaded Power BI desktop from the official Power BI website. This link will open Microsoft Store on the workstation, where you can install Power BI Desktop. Future units will explain how to connect to Dataverse so that Dynamics 365 Customer Voice tables and data can be accessed, which will help you create custom reports to share with members of an organization.
