Monitor update deployment status
As you expand your deployment of Windows 11 to more devices, you should regularly monitor the status to ensure that you are on track and are likely to achieve your deployment plan. There are several reports that you can use to review the status of the deployment.
Windows Update for Business reports
Feature updates. Get there from Azure portal > Monitor > Insight Hub > Windows Update for Business reports. Select the Feature updates tab to view status arranged by update or device.
Windows Autopatch
Windows Feature Updates reports. Get there from Microsoft Intune admin center > Reports > Windows Autopatch > Windows feature updates. From here you can view a summary dashboard or drill down into the Feature update status report for a per device view of the current Windows upgrade status or Feature update trending report for Windows upgrade trends over the last 90 days.
Microsoft Intune
Windows Feature Update Report. Get there from Microsoft Intune admin center > Reports > Device Management > Windows updates. From here you can view a summary report across all Windows update policies, or you can drill down to the Windows feature update report to see more detail for a specific update profile.
Use these or other reports to identify any issues that are preventing you from reaching 100% of your planned deployment and therefore need to be addressed.

Build a regular review of the deployment status into your schedule. This will enable you to keep on top of any trending issues and to quickly identify fixes.

Sign off and update procedural documentation
As you make decisions throughout this stage, document them in an easily shareable format for tracking, reporting, and continuity purposes. Get approvals of these deliverables from all the people identified in your RACI matrix connected to user readiness. Seek help and address any gaps before moving to the next deployment phase.
