The Sales Close Agent in Engage mode coordinates the communication, scheduling, and follow-up actions that keep the deal moving forward. The Sales Research Agent monitors buyer sentiment and organizational signals that could affect whether the deal closes on schedule. And Sales in Microsoft 365 Copilot brings account intelligence and relationship insights into Teams, giving sellers and their colleagues the context they need to support the final push to close.
