In this module, you explored how Dynamics 365 customer engagement applications empower organizations to enhance customer interactions and streamline business processes. Built on the Microsoft Power Platform, these apps offer flexible customization options, seamless integration with Microsoft 365 tools, and advanced AI capabilities.

We looked at how you can use out-of-the-box configuration tools. These tools allow you to quickly modify data models, forms, views, business rules, dashboards, and charts to fit unique requirements.

Since Dynamics 365 apps use Power Apps for rapid, low-code development, we can use applications such as Power Apps and Power Automate to extend its capabilities. Also, we saw how users benefit from configurable views, interactive charts, and dashboards for actionable insights.

Lastly, we saw how seamless connections with Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook enhance productivity and collaboration.
