Exercise - Develop new code features using GitHub Copilot

To complete this exercise, you need an active GitHub account and a Visual Studio Code environment configured for C# development. In this exercise, you use GitHub Copilot to accelerate the development of new code features in Visual Studio Code. Tasks include:
- Implement new code features using inline chat.
- Implement new code features using the Chat view in Ask and Edit modes.
