Best practices for texts
Follow these best practices for success when you create and use texts in Dragon Copilot (physicians):
Choose a spoken form that's unique, clear, easy to say, and easy to remember.
Use Duplicate to create similar variations of a text.
Use a voice command (spoken form) as you dictate (for example, "insert diabetes follow-up instructions"), or use the library icon to insert a text.
Always place the cursor where you want your text to go before you insert it.
If you encounter problems when you use a voice command to insert a text, verify the spoken form, including any default organizational keywords (for example, "insert" or "Dragon").
Pause briefly before and after saying a voice command.
Keep your library current. Update or refine your texts as your workflows change.
Note
Reminder: Dragon Copilot doesn't insert texts during ambient recordings.
Follow these best practices to personalize your experience and work more efficiently with Dragon Copilot (physicians).
