Dragon Copilot documents what it hears. State specific findings, numbers and units, laterality, care activities, and normal results. Explain abnormal findings in context and connect them to the care plan.
Use patient-friendly language or a brief clinical monologue. Describe each device separately by action, type, location, side, status, and measurement. Restate corrections, control background noise, follow timing limits, state abnormal GCS subscores, and review every draft before filing.
