Scenario

Your organization wants to create a lead nurturing journey in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys that guides new leads through a sequence of touchpoints, applies branching logic based on engagement, and prepares the journey for publishing. Using your knowledge from the previous lab and the concepts covered in this module, complete the following objectives:

  • Create a lead nurturing journey
  • Review the journey entry and initial flow
  • Configure the engagement paths
  • Validate and publish the journey
