Microsoft Teams and Teams Phone depends on and interacts with various Microsoft services. It can be extended with third-party solutions for policy-based compliance recording and contact center. Recording and contact center solutions leverage bots to interact with Azure. In the last unit of this module, we look at the design options for these bots and how you can register a custom developed bot to support deployment of a custom developed teams voice bot solution.
