Summary
In this module, you applied Copilot Cowork to the workflows you run every week, turning coordination-heavy work into a single request that you review and approve.
What you learned
- Work IQ grounds Cowork. Cowork draws context from your mail, files, meetings, and calendar, which is what makes its results specific to your work.
- Organize your inbox and week. Triage your inbox into an action plan and deconflict your calendar, starting from a baseline request and adding the specifics that make the result yours.
- Prepare and follow through. Assemble meeting prep, turn notes into assigned tasks, and chase follow-ups—handing off a single piece or a meeting's whole thread.
- Create multi-app deliverables. Describe the outcome and let Cowork build it across your apps—a document, deck, or interactive dashboard—from your own work, with cited research as an input.
Across every scenario, the habit was the same: you described the outcome, Cowork planned and carried out the steps, and you reviewed the finished result.
Next steps
Keep practicing the pattern on the coordination work that fills your own week. Start with a baseline request, add the detail that makes the result yours, and check the output before you rely on it. As delegating becomes a habit, you can extend it to longer, more involved jobs—the kind that span several apps and take shape over more than one step.
