MS-900: Module 2 Describe Microsoft 365 apps and services

As you're preparing to teach this module, get familiar with what the students will learn during the module. In this module, students will learn about Microsoft 365 and all of the tools within Microsoft 365 to help employees and organizations stay productive or become more agile and productive. They'll also learn the differences between Office 365, Microsoft 365, and Windows 365.

This module consists of five lessons:

  • Lesson 1 – What is Microsoft 365?
  • Lesson 2 – Describe the productivity solutions of Microsoft 365
  • Lesson 3 – Describe the collaboration solutions of Microsoft 365
  • Lesson 4 – Describe the endpoint modernization, management concepts, and deployment options in Microsoft 365
  • Lesson 5 – Describe the analytics capabilities of Microsoft 365

  • Explain how Microsoft 365 Apps helps people create compelling content in real-time
