Verify prerequisites for Surface Management Portal access
Before using Surface Management Portal, it's important to verify that a few requirements are met. Confirm the following:
✅Confirm your organization has an Intune E3 or E5 subscription available.
✅Verify that your organization's Microsoft Surface devices are already enrolled in Intune.
✅Authenticate that you're registered as eligible for required admin roles.
It's important to note that if devices are deployed but not enrolled in Intune, Surface Management Portal can't be used.
