Microsoft Power BI is a powerful analysis tool. With Power BI, you can observe the processes that you improve and set up goals and alerts. The following video demonstrates how to use process mining data to create a custom Power BI dashboard. Additionally, you learn how to publish the process to an existing workspace. You can also add metrics from the report into a scorecard through Power BI goals and then set up alerts to notify the team when a goal is reached.
