Exercise - Refactor existing code using GitHub Copilot

To complete this exercise, you need an active GitHub account and a Visual Studio Code environment configured for C# development. In this exercise, you use GitHub Copilot to refactor selected sections of a C# application and make improvements to code quality, reliability, performance, and security. Tasks include:
- Analyze and refactor code using the Chat view in Ask and Edit modes.
- Refactor code using inline chat and the Chat view in Edit and Agent modes.
When you select the launch exercise button, the browser navigates to a public GitHub page that provides instructions for this exercise.
