Use OneNote to be more productive
OneNote offers a range of productivity features that make it an innovative educational tool. OneNote also has different versions for personal and classroom uses. Educators and learners using OneNote have access to a wide variety of productivity options within the app.
OneNote is similar to Google’s Keep and Apple’s Notes; however, there are some main differences—in particular, the built-in accessibility features and ability to embed content.
For educators and learners who have multiple notebooks, switching between notebooks is easy. Located on the left-hand side of OneNote is a dropdown that shows all of the educator’s or learner's notebooks. To switch to another notebook, select the notebook’s name to continue working.
Adding files directly to a OneNote page is a breeze. Navigate to the Insert menu and select insert a File attachment or PDF File printout. Depending on the chosen option, the file type will be inserted directly on the page. Along with files, educators and learners add images, video, and audio files from the same Insert menu, skyrocketing productivity.
OneNote combines everything educators and learners need for study guides, units of study, curriculum maps, lesson plans, and so much more.
It's easy to Print to OneNote from other applications, too!
