The sales lifecycle management capabilities available in Dynamics 365 Sales provide a solid foundation for organizations to qualify sales prospects and convert them into revenue. Many times, however, organizations need more than the core functionality provided by default in Dynamics 365 Sales to build and maintain long term relationships with their customers. When combined with other tools and capabilities such as Artificial Intelligence, Dynamics 365 Sales functionality can be extended to include relationship nurturing, targeted lead and opportunity scoring, and contextual actions.

This module introduces other Dynamics 365 applications that can be used with Dynamics 365 Sales to help identify prospects and build long lasting sales relationships.
