If you practiced exporting data in the previous unit, let's review again how you can quickly export data from your table using the capabilities of Microsoft Dataverse.

  1. Sign in to Power Apps.

  2. On the left pane, select Tables.

  3. Select the table that is associated with the data that you want to export.

  4. Select Export and Export data from the command bar.

Dataverse will export all data from the table into a zip file. The zip file is then available to download and, when extracted, it will contain the data in a .csv file.
