Learning objectives
After completing this module, you will be able to:
- Configure Microsoft 365 Backup policies and restore data for OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange.
- Monitor service health and configure incident/advisory notifications.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues—including Copilot's WebSocket requirement—affecting Microsoft 365 experiences.
- Interpret Microsoft 365 usage reports and Adoption Score categories, including AI Adoption, to identify and guide organizational improvement actions.
- Describe the client- and endpoint-management surfaces a Microsoft 365 administrator coordinates with—Microsoft 365 Apps update channels, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and Microsoft Intune—and how endpoint management relates to authentication, identity, and access.
Prerequisites
- Experience with Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Access to an Azure subscription for Microsoft 365 Backup billing.
