The Edge browser provides better performance and features than previous versions, and provides all the common features expected in modern browsers, along with enhancements for improving user productivity. Chrome-based extensions can be installed to further enhance the browsing experience. Edge also provide IE Mode for maintaining compatibility with legacy websites and applications that were originally designed for Internet Explorer.
