Summary
Successful process mining efforts require identifying the correct processes to improve and being methodological on the approach to improve them. In this module, you learned about the DMAIC methodology and how you could apply it to Power Automate Process Mining projects. This process starts with evaluating processes to determine their improvement value and using a process mining canvas to outline key information. Process mining projects involve multiple players to fill the different roles on the project. Additionally, you learned about the key roles and how they fit with the DMAIC phases.
