- Diagnose the cause of an agent issue from session evidence.

- Monitor agents with environment-level telemetry in Application Insights.
- Build a value story that connects an agent's signals to business outcomes.
Prerequisites
- Experience creating, testing in Preview, and publishing an agent powered by the GitHub Copilot harness in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Familiarity with how agent instructions, knowledge sources, and tools shape an agent's responses.
- Basic understanding of agent evaluations and test sets.
- Basic understanding of Copilot Credits.
- Familiarity with Application Insights and Kusto Query Language (KQL) is helpful but not required.
