Sign in to mPower using SSO
As an administrator, one of your first responsibilities may be helping users access mPower. Understanding how single sign-on (SSO) works can help you support a secure and efficient sign-in process across your organization.
mPower supports SSO, enabling organizations to authenticate users through existing identity management systems rather than maintaining separate application credentials. Administrators can also encounter environments that use Active Directory (AD) or Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) integrations.
Understand single sign-on
Single sign-on enables users to access multiple applications using a single set of organizational credentials. This approach helps reduce password management requirements while supporting organizational security policies and user access controls.
For administrators, understanding SSO is important because authentication issues are often among the first support requests users encounter.
Sign in to mPower
To sign in to mPower:
- Open the mPower website.
- Select Sign in.
- Enter your organizational account credentials if prompted.
- Complete any required authentication steps.
- Wait for mPower to load your personalized experience.
After you sign in, mPower displays content and resources available to you based on your organizational access permissions.
Support user sign-in
When users experience access issues, administrators should verify:
- The user account exists and is active.
- Authentication services are functioning correctly.
- Browser requirements are met.
- The correct organizational credentials are being used.
Understanding the relationship between user accounts and authentication services can help administrators resolve access issues more efficiently.
