Performance benchmarking is an intentional goal that you need to plan for throughout the implementation of Dynamics 365 Intelligent Order Management. As with any other requirement, you need to gather and qualify performance requirements. Make sure that you include the performance test design and implementation in a timely manner so that you can validate those aspects and adapt quickly. Additionally, make sure that you plan for at least three optimization iterations after the code completion in addition to all needed iterations that you would have run throughout the implementation.
