In-app user feedback
In-app user feedback is a built-in quality reporting tool that lets you share real-time input about workflows, features, and system behavior directly within PowerScribe One. This feedback contributes to continuous product improvement by identifying friction points and usability gaps.
Procedural guidance
Submit general in-app feedback
- Locate the User Feedback icon next to the AI-generated content message.
- Select the icon to open the feedback panel.
- Category and Subcategory fields are prefilled (AI Tools → Smart Impression).
- Enter a rating based on output quality or usability.
- Enter comments describing accuracy, clarity, or suggested improvements.
- Select Submit to send your feedback.
Submit Smart Impression feedback
- Generate Smart Impression content within the report.
- Locate the User Feedback icon next to the AI-generated content message.
- Select the icon to open the feedback panel.
- Category and Subcategory fields are prefilled (AI Tools > Smart Impression).
- Enter a rating based on output quality or usability.
- Enter comments describing accuracy, clarity, or suggested improvements.
- Select Submit.
Applied scenario
You're finalizing a radiology report, use Smart Impression to generate summary text, and must make multiple manual edits to the generated content to align it with your findings.
Instead of leaving the workflow, you select the feedback icon next to the Smart Impression output. PowerScribe One automatically categorizes your input under AI Tools. You submit a rating and describe the mismatch between the generated and expected content.
This action captures real-time, context-specific feedback that contributes to improving AI performance without interrupting your reporting workflow.
