Consent, choice, and transparency
When AI helps you create material about an employee, represent them, or produce something for them, explain how you plan to use it in words they can understand. Invite the employee to take part, ask which information you can use or share, and respect their answer if they decline. They can change their mind later. Consent doesn't replace organizational approval or privacy requirements.
