Add profiles in Microsoft Edge
Profiles in the Edge browser allow learners and educators to separate school and personal browsing experiences on the same device.
To distinguish school or work from recreational or personal items, learners can store sites, passwords, and collections for school in one profile, and personal content in another. Educators may also find it useful to have profiles for different classes or subjects.
Some of the benefits of creating profiles in Edge include:
- Stay organized
- Remain signed in to websites related to the profile
- Keep history and recommendations on topic (for example: viewing YouTube recommendations for educational videos and not videos of cats playing a keyboard!)
