Create an engineering organization
To use the engineering change management features, your first task is to set up an engineering organization. The engineering organization represents the legal entity that owns the engineering data and is responsible for the engineering products. The organization will be referenced when you are setting up new engineering products.
To set up the engineering organization, follow these steps:
Go to Engineering change management > Setup > Engineering organizations.
Select New to add a row to the grid, and then set the following values for it:
Engineering organization - USMF
Organization name - Contoso Entertainment System USA
