Where to get help
A trusted person can help decide what is safe to share, check whether a message is real, and respond if something has already happened. Help may come from a family member, friend, teacher, supervisor, job coach, support professional, bank, service provider, or the organization that provided the training.
If money, account access, or private information was shared, ask for help right away. Contact the bank or service provider using a trusted phone number or app. Change affected passwords with support if needed. Save the message or take a screenshot before blocking or deleting it, unless doing so would cause more risk.
