The key to success is matching the need to the right resource.

Internal organizational support

Send physicians to their organization’s internal support contacts for local access or configuration issues. These contacts can start support tickets, troubleshoot sign-in or app access, resolve device or network issues, and address EHR integration or workflow concerns. If a physician doesn't know whom to contact, help them find the correct help desk, EHR support team, or designated Dragon Copilot contact.
