This module introduces the Plan phase, the first stage of the Windows 11 deployment process. You’ll learn how to evaluate deployment readiness and plan your rollout by examining key operational and technical areas. In this phase, you assess readiness and identify gaps across six areas of your environment: operations, applications, infrastructure, configurations, devices, and users. The module guides you through planning-level tasks and deliverables for each area, helping you define success criteria, identify risks early, and create deliverables that can be shared and collaboratively updated throughout the life of the project.
