Reverse changes

Consider a scenario where you assign a worker to a service activity and then save the information. However, you later decide to assign a different worker, only to realize that the new worker is unavailable. You can reverse the unsaved modification and reassign the original worker to the service order. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Service management > Perform periodic tasks > Dispatch board.

  2. On the Dispatch board form, enter the relevant details and then select OK.

  3. To undo the most recent unsaved change, select Undo.

    If you need to reverse a series of unsaved changes, continue selecting Undo until all changes that you want to discard are reversed.
