Modules in this learning path
Connect a Power Apps code app directly to Dataverse data and business logic, so you can read and write Dataverse records, run Dataverse actions and functions, and move the same app across Dev, Test, and Production with environment-specific configuration instead of hardcoded values.
Connect a Power Apps code app to the Power Platform connectors, Dataverse tables, cloud flows, and Copilot Studio agents it depends on, so the app reads and writes live business data and triggers automation and AI-powered agents instead of relying on hardcoded or mock data.
Configure Content Security Policy settings, package and deploy a code app through a governed solution, monitor it with Azure Application Insights and Power Platform Monitor, troubleshoot issues with browser developer tools, and optimize performance and resource usage so the app runs reliably in production.
Apply client-side logic to model-driven app forms and commands so they validate data, retrieve information, and guide users in real time, using JavaScript against the Client API object model and the Dataverse Web API, Power Fx-driven commands, and Client API navigation, dialogs, and notifications.
Build a code component with the Power Apps component framework that moves through its lifecycle events, reads and writes data through a manifest-defined interface, and reaches a maker-ready form or view once packaged and deployed to an environment.
