The focus is on building a simple habit and using clear, patient‑appropriate language. By the end, you’ll be ready to lead role-play and support first-use moments.

This module prepares you to teach the core Dragon Copilot (nurses) experience in a way that feels simple, safe, and nurse first. You'll learn how to explain where Dragon Copilot fits in the nursing workflow. Coach the nursing staff through their first recording in Epic Rover, reinforce review and validation of AI generated flowsheet output, and help the nursing staff use transcripts as a reference when documenting. The module includes trainer talk tracks, realistic scenarios, and a knowledge check with rationales to help you support first-use success and sustained adoption.

This module prepares you to support nurses as they move beyond basic recording into advanced Dragon Copilot functionality. Learn how to explain when and why nurses use the Dragon Copilot app after recording. Coach review of transcripts across a shift. Guide nurses in generating and editing AI-drafted nurse notes, and reinforce consistent use of query and Information Assist features. The module emphasizes judgment, verification, and workflow fit helping you coach nurses through real scenarios such as shift handoff prep, provider notifications, and recall after interruptions.

This module prepares you to confidently troubleshoot Dragon Copilot (nurses) during real clinical workflows. Learn how to recognize common user-reported issues. Identify whether the issue is workflow-related, user-behavior-related, or technical, and coach nurses on safe next steps.
