Modules in this learning path

This module walks you through the process of obtaining prerequisite trial licenses to deploy Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare solutions. This exercise is used in the subsequent modules in this Learning Path. The Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare is a conflux of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Power Platform. To take full advantage of the Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare solution and this learning path, it is recommended to have access to all three clouds. If you already have a Microsoft 365 tenant and licenses for all Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare apps, then you can skip this module and proceed to the next module in this Learning Path.

The Patient Outreach application in Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare focuses on patient campaign management, which helps you organize and automate marketing and communicate with patients. It helps healthcare providers reach out to their communities and patients in a targeted, efficient way. Providers can choose email, text, regular mail, or a combination, to provide healthcare information to specific groups of patients and community members.

Explore the Azure AI Health Bot and discover how healthcare organizations can use it to build and deploy AI-powered, compliant, conversational healthcare experiences at scale. Azure AI Health Bot combines a built-in medical database with natural language capabilities to understand clinical terminology, and you can customize it to support your organization's clinical use cases. The service ensures alignment with industry compliance requirements and is privacy protected to HIPAA standards.

Provide patients with access to their health data, appointment scheduling, and information through the Patient Access portal and the Patient Service Center.

In this module, you'll learn how to configure the virtual visits as part of the Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare. The virtual visits allow clinicians to use video conferencing to provide high-quality, personalized, and affordable consultations. Using the entire meetings platform in Microsoft Teams, providers can schedule, manage, and conduct virtual visits with patients.
