Learn how to use your emotional intelligence to help your peers.
In this module, you'll learn how to give and receive effective feedback.
In this module, you'll learn about the importance of cognitive flexibility in the field of technology. You'll learn about the benefits of stepping back and expanding your outlook and using feedback effectively. Finally, you'll learn how to reorient and persist in challenging situations.
In this module, you'll learn about using self-regulation to respond effectively to challenges. You'll also use goal-orientation theory to diagnose what motivates you to learn.
