Work with Inventory Visibility in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
The Inventory Visibility Add-in for Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management allows for improved tracking of inventory and transactions across multiple systems, and includes features to manage inventory such as soft reservations and allocations to prevent overselling and manage customer expectations. The platform is highly extensible and scalable, and can interact with external services through REST APIs. Setting up Inventory Visibility involves changes in Dynamics 365 Lifecycle Services and Supply Chain Management, as well as configurations in the Inventory Visibility app from Power Apps based on business needs.
