Can't sign in to Dynamics 365 Remote Assist
This article provides a resolution for an issue where you can't sign in to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Remote Assist.
Symptoms
Common issues might occur when you try to sign in to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Remote Assist app after signing in to HoloLens.
Cause 1: You use a wrong account
You use a Microsoft account (the one you use for Outlook.com
, Windows Store, or other Microsoft products) or your corporate credentials to sign in.
Resolution
Use a work or school account to sign in to HoloLens.
Cause 2: You don't have the required license
Resolution
Your work or school account must have a valid Microsoft 365 Business Premium or Essentials subscription with Microsoft Teams enabled.
Cause 3: Your HoloLens isn't connected to the internet
Resolution
Connect your HoloLens to the internet.
Cause 4: Your device or network might not be set up properly
Resolution
If you still can't sign in, check with your administrator to make sure your device and network are set up correctly to work with Dynamics 365 Remote Assist.
