Gets or sets a value that indicates whether the back button is enabled or disabled.
Equivalent WinUI 2 API for UWP: Microsoft.UI.Xaml.Controls.NavigationView.IsBackEnabled (for WinUI in the Windows App SDK, see the Windows App SDK namespaces).
