Definition

Gets or sets a value that indicates whether the current item has child items that haven't been shown.

Equivalent WinUI 2 API for UWP: Microsoft.UI.Xaml.Controls.TreeViewItem.HasUnrealizedChildren (for WinUI in the Windows App SDK, see the Windows App SDK namespaces).
