Viva Engage and Power Automate
Microsoft Power Automate can be used with Viva Engage to enable various scenarios. Some examples include:
- Sending news through RSS feed to a Viva Engage group
- Posting tweets that match hashtags
- Sending email when a new message is posted
- Posting to Viva Engage from Facebook and X (Twitter).

Custom apps with the Viva Engage APIs
Create your own applications, such as automation tools that back up data and deactivate users when they leave your company. The Yammer REST API provides an HTTP interface to features available in the Viva Engage Web Application. The export API provides a way to export Viva Engage data.
