Provide flexibility for users by editing, adding, and removing sections of Viva Glint feedback reports. Users, likely managers and HR teams, can dig into data in a way that's meaningful for them.
Edit and delete reports
The user selects the vertical ellipses on the report page to edit or delete a report.
Edit a report
Choose Edit option to open the Edit Section slider window. Customization options are report specific.
Follow the on-screen guidance using the dropdown arrows.
Select Done and then return to the previous page to see the results for the new demographic.
Important
The edited report doesn't save. The next time the report is opened, it reverts to the default report.
Save customized reports
To return to customized reports quickly, save the new report.
From the customized report page, select the dropdown arrow next to Export. The Save Report As dialog box opens.
Rename the new report so it's readily identifiable. Renaming is essential so the new report doesn't replace the original report. Select whether to use the latest data. Yes allows automatic updates for future surveys have results. Select Save.
Note
The "Use latest data" option is only visible when a user accesses results for the most recent survey cycle for Recurring and Ad Hoc surveys.
Delete report sections
If a section of a report doesn’t provide the insight you're looking for, delete the report section using the ellipsis dropdown menu.
Add a section to a report
Any user with reporting access can add a section to their report by selecting + Add Section. The Add Section slider panel opens.
Admins can add available sections to an existing report by selecting the + symbol next to the section to be added. When available, choose a demographic for the new section and select Add.
Important
When adding a section but there's insufficient score or number of responses to provide data for a section, you do see a "section added" banner. However, the section isn't visible on the report dashboard. The section may become visible as more surveys are completed. Activating the survey section doesn't mean that the section shows at that moment in time.
Edited sections can be saved under a new name to protect the integrity of the original report but so that the new report is also readily available.
