Preview Microsoft Teams Communications and Nudges in Viva Glint

Preview Microsoft Teams survey notifications (invites, reminders, results notifications) and Nudges in the Microsoft Viva Glint app. When Viva Glint admins enable Microsoft Teams in General Settings, admins can enable, disable, and preview Microsoft Teams as a communication channel in survey programs and Nudges. Note

• Always-On surveys don’t include a Communications section or any notifications. Emails and Microsoft Teams messages aren’t available for this survey type.
• Glint users who have Microsoft Teams licenses can add Viva Glint in the Microsoft Teams app.
• Edits to Teams notification content aren't currently supported.

Preview survey notifications

To preview Microsoft Teams invites, reminders, and survey results notifications for a survey program:

1. Select the Configuration symbol and in the Surveys section choose Survey Programs.

2. Select a survey and go to the Communications section.

3. In the Configure Notifications section, select a notification.

4. In the preview pane that appears, select the Teams tab.

   

Preview Nudges

To preview Nudges for Recipient Groups:

1. Select the Configuration symbol and in the Notifications section, choose Nudges.

2. Select Edit Details for the Recipient Group.

3. In the Content section, select a Nudge to preview.

4. In the preview pane that appears, select the Teams tab.
