Microsoft Viva Glint Training
The Microsoft Learn training site hosts online learning paths and modules to gain deeper expertise using Viva Glint. When completing a learning path, apply for digital badges from Credly to showcase your learning achievements.
Viva Glint: Ask the Experts These live sessions are held monthly. Register to join a session or explore recordings and decks from previous sessions.
Provide feedback as part of a product council Be part of a community that provides Viva Glint teams with feedback on how we can improve our products and services. Product councils run quarterly in different regions.
Connect with others
Join a Learning Circle Participate in collaborative time to share knowledge, experiences, and challenges with your peers and to grow your understanding and use of Viva Glint products and services. There are open registration windows throughout the year for sign-up. Look for notifications on the Viva Glint Community and in our newsletters.
Customer cohorts foster a collaborative learning environment where you can share knowledge, experiences, and challenges with other Glint users. Learn how other like-minded companies are developing their listening programs and how they use Glint to solve organizational and industry challenges. Use this online space to collaborate and once a quarter, the Glint cohort team hosts a virtual session dedicated to relevant topics, Q&As, open discussions - you name it! We have three industry cohorts available to join and plan to expand this list. Choose the link that matches your needs to join a cohort group:
Engage with your peers through discussion posts. The Viva Community provides a space to ask questions and share ideas with experts and peers. We all benefit by learning the best practices of others and sharing ideas.
Leverage support resources
Microsoft 365 Support: Learn about different M365 support avenues, including online, phone, and small business support methods.
Microsoft Admin Center Coordinate with your M365 global admin to submit requests in the Microsoft Admin Center (MAC) and understand Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
