Viva Glint badging

Microsoft Viva badging is an exciting opportunity for Viva Glint customers to share their knowledge and expertise of employee engagement and productivity with their social network. Through recommended learning paths and modules, customers increase their confidence and drive efficiency using self-paced learning experiences. Upon completion of the recommended online learning courses, customers are eligible to earn a Viva Glint/Credly certification badge, to post on your LinkedIn profile.

Credly - a Microsoft third-party vendor - empowers organizations to officially recognize individuals for demonstrated competencies and skills.

Steps to earn a Microsoft Viva badge

1. Create a ms.learn profile or sign in if you’ve already created a profile. To create a Microsoft Learn profile, select Sign-In at the top, right corner of any Microsoft Learn page. Follow the prompts to move through the account authentication process.
2. Complete a training module. Be sure you are logged into your profile while completing the modules.
3. Complete the Statement of Completion form. At the end of the Understand and share your Viva Glint results module, you see a link to the Microsoft Viva Glint Badge: Statement of Completion form. Complete this form to earn your Microsoft Viva Glint Foundations badge.
4. Viva Glint verifies that all necessary modules are complete and issues a badge to your work email address (from the form).
5. Within one week of submitting your completion form, you receive a confirmation email from admin@credly.com.
6. Create a Credly account and accept your badge. You need to create a Credly account in order to accept your badge and post to your LinkedIn profile. Use this link for instructions on how to accept and manage your badge.

Microsoft Viva Glint Foundations badge

Designed for Viva Glint admins, this badge is awarded to leaders who demonstrated their ability to design and launch Viva Glint programs, as well as understand and share Viva Glint results.

Required learning paths/modules for badge completion:

• Applying Viva Glint's modern approach to engagement for better results-three modules
• Designing and setting up your Viva Glint program-four modules

Designed for managers in your organization, this badge is awarded to Viva Glint managers who demonstrated their ability to understand and share Viva Glint results using Viva Glint’s reporting and ACT framework.

Designed for managers in your organization, this badge is awarded to Viva managers who demonstrated their ability to understand that psychological safety is a key component of healthy team dynamics. Badge completion indicates that a manager understands how to convey to their teams that they can take risks, share their thoughts and worries, ask questions, and acknowledge errors without being afraid of negative outcomes. Psychological safety leads to more innovation, creativity, and cooperation.
