Users with edit access for an OKR or an initiative can now grant multiple users the ability to edit the respective OKR or initiative in Viva Goals.
Note
OKR owners can now also see other users who have access to an OKR or initiative under the Direct Access section.
This functionality is not available for connected teams where the view permissions are set to “team members only”. In such teams, users will not be able to configure custom edit settings.
What kind of permission access does a user need to grant edit access on an OKR or initiative?
What is direct access?
By selecting "only selected people can view and align", would organization admins or team owners be able to edit this OKR?
Note
For an OKR or initiative that has permission to be set as "only selected people can view and align", OKR owners and delegates are able to edit that OKR/initiative. Check-in owners for the OKR or initiative would only be able to view the OKR or initiative.
