Provide feedback, feature requests, and suggestions

Product	How to provide feedback
Viva Insights app in Teams and on the web	Give feedback option Use Give feedback for general feedback or suggestions. Select the ellipses in the top-right of your screen, and then select Give feedback. Is this helpful? links Use Is this helpful? to give feedback on specific cards or pages. For pages, you'll find this link in the lower-right corner of the app. For cards, you'll find this link either directly below the card or by selecting the ellipses in the bottom-right corner of the card.
Viva Insights Outlook add-in	Select the Send feedback icon at the top of the add-in pane.
Digest emails	At the bottom of each insight card, we ask, Is this helpful?. Select Yes or No. To add feedback comments, select Send feedback to Microsoft at the bottom of the email.
Advanced insights app (for admins and analysts)	Select the Feedback icon at the top-right of the app, to the left of the Help icon.

Important

Beginning at the end of March 2024, we’ll be pausing the digest email, which are typically sent twice a month. All the content from digest emails will still be available within the Viva Insights app in Teams or on the web. You can continue to explore and analyze your data insights seamlessly.
