Microsoft 365 training content is available for all users of Viva Learning and enabled by default. You can manage Microsoft 365 training in the Manage Providers section of the Viva Learning Admin tab.

Some Microsoft 365 Training modules will be retired on September 21, 2026. View the full list of modules being retired here. Following the retirement, only article-based content will remain available in Microsoft 365 Training.

Microsoft 365 content gets updated daily. It can take 1-2 days for updates to reflect in Viva Learning App.
